Drugs and Athletics: Effect on Health

At the present time, unfortunately, the spread of drugs has become a normal phenomenon. And the people who play sports professionally or train at home are also faced with the problem of simulators, as a drug. But what is most offensive, that not everyone refuses them.

And just look at a few types of drugs, and what are the consequences of them, if it is taken by an athlete:

Cocaine. A person who inhaled the dose begins to feel a surge of strength and energy, but in fact, he becomes weak and during the time it is becoming more weak and helpless. Because without it, he just will not be able neither to enter the ring, no play, for example, football, etc. Since the effect lasts no more than an hour, the athlete or other person gets nervous and he begins depression.

Marijuana. According to surveys of students-athletes, some use marijuana to enhance the mood, others, in order to cope with stress. Some people just think it is "cool" and pleasant sensation. But unfortunately, all these effects are only temporary, and the consequences can be very different, most of all heart suffers.

Tramadol. On receiving such a potent drug, there are consequences that lead to gangrene, muscle paralysis, blockage of blood vessels and in the end there is death, because the more a person takes a drug, the more he wants to continue the effect. And any one of drug addicted persons does not want to hear of the consequences.

Ecstasy. This is the most common drug in our time. From it people get "unforgettable" fun. But in fact, if you take at least a few pills a couple of times, it will cause irreversible consequences. If that is not only an athlete, but a normal person cannot control their actions. That is, people will be constantly stoned, and everything will be "fine." But returning to the reality, it will not be like today's world.

Alcohol. If you consume too much alcohol, the athlete loses not only the shape but also their health; it also affects the liver and kidneys, and even the heart. Since a permanent hangover syndrome, does not leave the choice of the body as a "treat" it. Chronic use of alcohol leads to the fact that an athlete losing ground over time and are no longer able to engage fully in sports.

These are just a few types of basic drugs, but there are not a few, which adversely affect the body. From this it can be concluded that sport and drugs do not mix. The athletes who take drugs cannot achieve high points and become successful in the chosen field.
