In fact, African people are suffered from AIDS, struggling with this dangerous disease. Africa has the largest number of infected people in comparison with the rest countries in the world. The time has passed, and more and more people are getting infected, getting the virus. But the most serious problem is that there is nothing to do to prevent it. Remaining the US battle with AIDS virus and HIV, it should be mentioned about the discussion groups and early childhood classes where pupils are taught about the safe sex and the way of prevention the AIDS virus. That is why when teenagers and young adults become to be sexually active, they know about the precautions and the risks which they have heard about.
Unfortunately, Africa holds back their teachings in schools about sex because of the reasons of religion and culture, and these people have the strong belief. According to the statistic, in 2000 the number of infected residents of Africa was approximately 23.5 when the American suffered citizens were under one million.
Some articles prove that employment rates were not so close to those they should be. In was mentioned that according to the studies of 1996, residents of the South Africa (52% of the 11 million people) aged 16-39 were unemployed. In addition, the half of these people who have not job, were classified as marginalized with the formal sector or few prospects employment. By the way, employment is always taken into account. And it happens because this factor plays the important role in the spreading of the virus. The fact that people earn little money or just even don’t have the job at all leads them to think about the present. They don’t think about the future. Being unemployed, people began to think just about the sex and house holding, and they don’t think about the risks and opportunities of catching AIDS. And, of course, they don’t care about when they will be in the ten or more years, because they live just in the moment and don’t have any plans for the future. But there is one more problem with the lack of money which is in the country. Most of people who have not enough money can’t find the way to buy treatments or they have no financial opportunity to help the infected people. The time has been passed, but nothing really changes. For example, in United States of America as well as in some other more powerful countries the government spends millions of dollars to prevent the spreading of the harmful virus which destructs the human body.
