Many people believe that federalism it's not just a simple decentralization of power. This form of government entails chaos, disorder and confusion, because in fact, there are many smaller states with their own laws and orders, that are included in one big state. Every region wants to live by its own rules, and get the maximum benefit from its position. But is it so in reality?
Of course, we can argue endlessly about the merits and drawbacks of such system of government, but it is worth noting that federalism is a very important aspect of the existence and operation of a large state, such as the United States of America. Many people underestimate vainly this system of government. Controlling of the huge state is a colossal work that requires incredible strength and endurance, but having an assistant among smaller local administrative units, the government of the large country can optimize the management of the state. It is worth noting that it is a federal state system that allows for the most efficient management of the state, which consists of the states or the federal districts. Of course, economic issues, funding issues and the development of each individual state should be under the control of a central system of government that will ensure the integrity of the state and the equality of states.
For the country like the United States, federalism is the best form of government, as it allows to remove the load from the central administrative apparatus. Existence of management systems in large federal districts allows to solve local problems at the local level. Thus, the central system of government has the ability to deal only with the issues of national importance and does not waste time on less important problems.
Also, it is worth noting that federalism gives more freedom to the people, because the people of each region have the opportunity to create comfortable living conditions that would be the most suitable for this state.
Many politicians, both modern and their predecessors, mark a significant advantage of federalism government over other forms. Even Alexander Hamilton said that the huge concentration of power in the hands of one person can lead to the fall of the state, its stagnation and conflicts with the population. Federation is, in fact, a way to disperse power to the regions, which would be a boon to the public and will give it more freedom and confidence in its own importance in the development of their country.
