Danton and the French Revolution

All people understand that the French Revolution was a turning point in European history and politics because it established the necessary foundation for many important changes, but there are still some misfortunes that came with it, including the famous Massacre, Paris Commune, and other things that French people don’t want to hear about. The main reason is that these vents were some denouement to the climax filled with a lot of pain and blood.

Basically, the Great Terror or the Reign of Terror was the massive culmination of the French Revolution, and it was headed by a newly formed commission ruled by Robespierre. Danton was another powerful member of this organization in addition to being quite a popular revolution leader. Many historians agree that these men were responsible for the deaths of many people during this period.

At that time, Paris was overwhelmed with paranoia, fear, suffering, and starvation because the country took part in many changes, such as a new form of the government. For example, peasants were eligible to search the wagons of those people who were considered to be against the French Revolution. Unfortunately, the deaths of many people were not limited with only the lower class because all citizens were in danger, regardless of their social status. There were other important changes, including the introduction of a new calendar, changed street names, and so on.

This war had its political nature and it started in France silently because many fractions didn’t dare to fight in an open manner. After returning to Paris from specific foreign duties, Danton supported Robespierre at once, thus condemning the Hebertists and others behind many killings. He played a huge role in this essential historical event, and that’s why his personality should be studied when gathering more information about this revolution.

In conclusion, it was a huge transformation of the French society and political systems because it changes the whole country. Its effects were quite diverse, both outside and inside France, as they had a lot of impact on other European countries. The main problem is that these social and political changes also resulted in a lot of bloodshed. Was it so inevitable? This question is simple once students learn more facts about the work of Danton and other people who influenced historical events at that time.

All people understand that the French Revolution was a turning point in European history and politics because it established the necessary foundation for many important changes, but there are still some misfortunes that came with it, including the famous Massacre, Paris Commune, and other things that French people don’t want to hear about.

Not really across legal concepts, needed rewriting but a start for me to go from. Did not read the instructions and if read would have been fine.
