Henry Ford was born July 30, 1863. When Henry was 13, his father gave him a watch, which he liked to repair. Ford was educated accountant and learned to operate the steam engines skillfully. In 1893, he got the position of the main engineer in the Edison Illuminating Company. Henry Ford thought about the transport, which will not use the force of horses and he created his first concept, Ford Quadricycle in 1896. After some test attempts, Henry founded Ford Motor Company in 1903 and presented the new machine – Model T. These cars were very simple, comfortable and profitable. That’s why most cars in the USA in 20s years of XX century were developed by Henry Ford’s company. This genius of business created something like “program for loyal employees”. He proposed a compatible salary for his professionals and provided decent working conditions. That is why most of the best engineers worked in his company. One of the departments of his firm even checked all information about bad habits of future employees. He created Ford Foundation in 1936, which looked for ways to facilitate the development of the science, technologies and other important spheres of life. However, some "enemies” of this person and even ordinary people told about anti-Semitism of the owner of the biggest corporation in the USA. Moreover, Henry Ford even provided financial assistance for a weekly newspaper, The Dearborn Independent, which was like-minded.
