The ideal love in Shakespeare’s Sonnet CXVI

Shakespeare's Sonnets is a collection of sonnets, which includes 154 papers. I want to represent the 116th sonnet, which is one of the most interesting; it refers to the best and the most beautiful verses. This sonnet was published in 1609. Its form and structure are very simple and typical of the Shakespeare`s sonnet - it is about the ideal love. The author tries to explain what the perfect love is. For his opinion, the ideal love should be without any adultery and distrust. The love never changes and disappears, it is always forever. The love is the relationship which based on mutual trust and understanding. Everyone can feel something, as the love, but will it be real? The sonnet helps us to realize how to find the ideal love. Shakespeare at the age of 40 wrote this sonnet due to his own experience and understanding what the love is. Shakespeare gives us an example of true love. However, to write this poem he had to go through a thorny path of love. The endless troubles and the trials, which person feels help him to appreciate this wonderful sonnet. During the centuries, the verse has not lost the relevance. Nowadays, it is still popular among young and old people; we are all searching for the ideal love.

The verse starts of Let me not to the marriage of true minds /Admit impediments. Many scientists think that is the allusion to the priest’s questions during the wedding. Further, Shakespeare describes what the ideal love is. The strange fact is that the sonnet has near 75% monosyllables words. The lyrical hero states that he does not allow any obstacles to the marriage of the two loyal souls. Also, the hero assures that his words are not a mistake and he swears about it. The time and the distance will never kill the true sense. If you ever feel this sense, you can try to be better for love person`s eyes. However, to know what should be the ideal, we have to know what is good and what is bad. We can determine just focusing on a model, as an example in sonnet 116. In the ideal love, it is impossible to have the lack of understanding, because the loving couple always listens and hears each other. Perfect love - is a myth, of course. However, each couple believes that their love is the most beautiful, the most real, and the most ideal in the world.
