The great famous German saw the light on March 31, 1685 in Eisenach. Johann was in grain musician. The boy lost his parents on his tenth year, but his brother took care of his future and became his music master. He taught a future composer playing organ and clavier. Johann Sebastian was fond of music very much and did not miss a chance to deal with. it learned something new with brother’s instruments. After some time, Bach went to one faculty in Lüneburg and began to study singing. There he spent time learning music of contemporary musicians mostly. The boy grew also in different areas like theology, history, geography, physics, French, Italian and Latin. Studying there from 1700 through 1703, he also wrote his first composition on organ.
After graduation, Johann Sebastian arrived to the Duke Ernst who hired him on the post of a musician at the palace. Then he was came to the church hall of the Arnstadt city as a caretaker of the organ. Shaveling became an organ player at last and wrote a crowd of creations there. When Bach had been offered a better and higher position of an organist, he changed his work place and moved to the temple of St. Blaise in Mühlhausen.
In 1707, Johann Sebastian became engaged to Maria Barbara. Many positive changes were noted in the Bach’s biography of that time. The authorities became satisfied with his work. The composer received an award for publishing his own compositions.
The musician decided to go for another job becoming a palace organist in Weimar this time. Three children were born in his family when they lived in that city. In 1704, Bach met von Westhofen, violinist, who had a great influence on the activities of Bach. Von Westhofen works inspired Bach to create his solos violin. Bach’s music becomes filled with the best trends of the time thanks to other composers. The next person, who recognized Bach’s talent, was the Duke of Anhalt-Kёtensky. From 1717 to 1723, Bach was writing his magnificent orders (for orchestra, cello, piano).
In 1720, Bach's wife died, and the composer married again singer Anna Magdalena one year later. The happy family had ten children and three later. Living in Köthen Bach wrote his famous Brandenburg Concertos.
In 1723, the musician came to a church in Leipzig and began to work as a teacher. Soon, he got the post of the director for music and after that he became the Head of the College of Music.
The wide repertoire of Johann Sebastian Bach included secular and sacred music. His music was thought as unfashionable, outdated for his last years. However, people all over the world open music schools named after Bach. More than one generation of young musicians have been taught on things of the great composer.
