Within modern society when a personality strays away from what culture influences as morally right, the individual is depended upon as though he or she doesn't belong. In "Angels in America" a gay fantasia about National themes, figures struggle to be themselves upon dread of whether or not society could take them as an individual. The characters not only struggles with whether or not society will accept them, but they also struggle with their inner demons, and ultimately the question of what is truly good or bad. In this paper many characters will be analyzed and discussed from a number of distinct viewpoints. "Angels in America" has been an extremely dramatic piece that manages the AIDS disaster in New York, along with the lifestyles that are affected directly and indirectly from the disease.
