How that people behave within conflict is a powerful indicator of if peaceful settlement is a potential result of battle management (Eunson, 2007). Conflict management is described as the procedure which focuses on the behavior, relationships and context of battle to be able to make and maintain stable communication between those in conflict (Jeong, 2010). It's argued that peaceful settlements are present when all parities involved in the battle have had their unique outcomes fulfilled (REF). Firstly, in order to analyse fundamental behaviors within conflicts key approaches are identified by talking three battle behaviour models to better understand the nature of behavior and its influences on conflict. Secondly, an integrative approach to battle is discussed as a productive approach to conflict management. Paradoxically, specific behaviors that sit inside the integrative model are discussed alongside conversation on unhelpful behaviors contrary to the integrative model.
