Violence in Sports With the increase in society taking a stance against violence, sports has become an area where some feel that the violent acts such as the hitting and fighting that occurs should be eliminated. It is extremely difficult to change the way a match is played because people have been enjoying it that way for several years. The violence in sport needs to be removed because of the extreme cases that continue to haunt many of the leagues and the players themselves. There are lots of theories to why there's so much violence in sports now and among these is since the athletes today can get away with more when they are young. An example is if a high profile high school athlete who had a scholarship into a major time school should happen to get in trouble possibly it could be hidden a whole lot more. Where like another non-athlete had done the same thing there would be more of a cost to pay. So from a young age these athletes understand that they are more important then other students or people. If they arrive at the school or pro level and someone tells them exactly what to do they do not understand how to handle it in the correct manor. Many professional athletes have been looked upon as a problem before they become expert due to particular violence problems they have had previously. And in many cases it has hurt participant in where they're drafted and the money that they make. Others concepts have to do with what each game allows to occur.
