My personal philosophy of special education drives not from teaching within the specialty, but out of, observations, and personal experience, as well as the workshops I attended. I've had the opportunity to work with individuals with special needs in several distinct settings, this help foster my knowledge in tackling the requirements of this specific needed student. Pupils with learning disabilities can learn; every student has his or her own weaknesses and strengths. Educators must continue to concentrate on the advantages of every student and construction on them, creating a more powerful student and person. Assessing the weakness is at the center of getting a student aid with their learning disability, but after this initial identification and positioning, the focus must change to the strengths and adjusting the studentвЂ™s schoolwork to reflect these strengths.
