Conflict at work is a simple fact of life. Developing a work environment that allows individuals to flourish is important. Because people have different objectives and needs, conflict unfortunately is unavoidable. Individuals interpret and respond differently to situations. The differences in individuals isn't a bad thing however, it's the attitudes that arise which may earn a situation a negative one. Having a competitive attitude from the workforce is a good feature.
