Obesity is a common, but very significant health problem in the us. It has become so common that we often blame for a healthy, slender individual because of being underweight. Though a small number of people are underweight the main percentage of individuals are overweight; this percentage is increasing everyday. Individuals often set the mistake of obesity's growing rate on factors causing it, but actually the absence of self-control is the main reason.
