Upon driving on the main bridge over the bay into Sea Isle City New Jersey, the very first thing that the eye can't help but fixate on is the tall light blue water tower with the term "Smile You're in Sea Isle City" plastered to the side. Immediately this tower gives tourists and vacationers a sense of pleasure, pleasure and relaxation. The island itself is small and thin. Directly ahead as one drives to the city that the crashing waves of the raging sea can be seen not far from the bay itself. A narrow shore and asphalt promenade lineup a component of the brief shore. The promenade is lined with restaurants, stores and arcades. Here, majority of tourists spend their leisurely saltwater walking, bicycle riding, skating and rollerblading through the central portion of city with an amazing view. A few of the hundreds of beach houses and condos are visible on both sides of the road as one drives across the main drag or "JFK Blvd." in town. Majority of the island only consists of asphalt roads, residential homes and sidewalks that are paved with minimal room for areas and grass. It is evident from the town's layout that the small island was constructed as a tourist or hotel type place for the many seasonal vacationers that spend their summers at the shore. The majority of Sea Isle's property is dedicated to residential usage by neighborhood homeowners, renters and vacationers (Image 1). A city seemingly built for vacationers, lies so near the raging sea waters with small to prevent from flooding.
