The use of children below the age to that it's prohibited or inhumane is regarded as child labour. Its causes and consequences have been myriad, touching every part of Haitian society. Kids that are working are more inclined to become physically and emotionally underdeveloped than kids who go to college. Haiti is certainly under the poverty line standing since the 20th weakest country in the world and is considered to be among the most under developed countries in the entire world (Pasquali).   Not only is child labor itself a societal dilemma, but it also contributes to more actions of cruelty determined by the innocent children of Haiti. It's unjust to not just advocate such matters but to just sit there knowingly and not take action. Several have proposed organizations like Unicef, Restavek Freedom, or Kids Around The World have proposed ideas on how best to help or put up funds that move towards the needs of the kids. Though these ideas and ideas are good, they are strategies of actions that only affect the immediate kids under such conditions. To solve this problem, the people of the world, would need an international limitation on the working age. With these restrictions in place globally, we would have the ability to enforce regulations for the improvement of Haiti but also for states around the world. During this period of time, "power-driven machines" succeeded from the success of hand labor, dominated businesses in the making of most manufactured things.
