The bodily attributes are different from somebody without Down syndrome. What is Down syndrome? It is a chromosomal disorder caused by an error in cell division that results in an extra 21st chromosome (Crosta). Down syndrome causes problems with an individual's physical development that vary by how poor it is. This disorder can develop either prior to or after a child is born. Greater than 1,000 pregnancies for mothers less than 30 years old create a baby with Down syndrome. For moms who are 44 years old, about 1 in 35 pregnancies leads to a baby with Down syndrome (Crosta). There are 46 chromosomes within the body. 23 are from the mother and 23 are from the father. When there is another backup or a half of copies of chromosome 21, then you will have a kid with Down syndrome. The most typical kind of Down syndrome is Trisomy 21. This is the point where the body has 47 Chromosomes instead of 46 (Crosta).
