Imagine you are a family member of a man who had been chained to the back of a pickup truck along with medication along a gravel road for two miles before he was dead. Then imagine how you'd feel after you discovered that this happened just because he was a black guy. Matters such as this sicken me. I believe that the people who are responsible for these horrific crimes should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. That's why I strongly support hate crime legislation.
