Scheduling Courses, Athletic Events, and Extra Circular Activities We are all given 24 hours each day and at an organized system every hour is extended a name or category. An Athletic Director has lots of duties in managing a section which has many activities occurring every day. These activities are physical education courses, training schedules and locations, meeting special needs students, organizing game schedules for every game, and finding the time to mentor people inside the section. Each region presents its own challenge to synergistically work with all the available facilities which are readily available. Therefore, to succeed in creating a physical education program and athletic department, it's very important that the athletic director is organized in his own schedule to fulfill the demands of each region of the section.
