This is simply not to state that Greenberg ignores administrationвЂ™s ability to impact the motivating potential of careers. He discusses many interventions that may result in as pleasing jobs. First, he shows that employees be assigned a complete job, rather than using several employees to perform separate parts of the job. This gives greater skill task and variety identity, which serves to boost job satisfaction. Second, Greenberg shows that jobs be arranged in a way that the individual performing the services is in direct connection with the recipient of the assistance. This acts to build an accountability reference to clients. And, finally Greenberg shows that jobs be arranged to supply as much opinions as feasible.
