To you personally, community and culture might seem that they're very similar. Yes, there are some similarities between both, but in case you further interpret them, then they become much more diverse. For a little while, the bear informs the people in the mill that he is in reality a bear, and they just tell him that he's a hairy man that should shave, as when he really was a bear he would be in the zoo or in the circus.
