How significant is the quality of education in America to its taxpayers? Although it may seem clear this query might not have a very obvious response. Standard classroom style education that this country has been followed for countless years is becoming compromised to electronic takeover. Not in the way that the classrooms will probably be technologically advanced, but that they are being replaced by at home online courses. Unfortunately a number of the pupils enrolled are not since they need this kind of instruction but rather that they do it out of pure ease. The problem with all of this is that individuals are so impressed with the possibilities that they overlook that homeschooling isn't necessarily the ideal environment for education. Although convenience may be important to many Americans now, the possible injury of an online education to a young pupil is not worth its possible advantages. In an article that discusses the obstacles faced by students enrolled in distance instruction Jill Galusha concurs with this by saying, "The 'Distance' aspect of distance learning carries away much of their social interactions that could be present in traditional learning environments" (Galusha 4).
