Christina Rossetti grew up in London, England along with her three sisters. She grew up having a spiritual family who influenced her writing radically. Growing up, Christina was subjected to her parents' opinions and the rich lifestyle. She did not know much about others and their beliefs. When she started to fall in love, her beliefs stood in the way of following her heart. Christina established her love life around her family's religious beliefs and she was not able to convey her feelings to those whom she loved. Christina Rossetti expressed feelings in her poems about the absence of love throughout her life. Rossetti was born in London, England. She was accompanied by her mother and father and three siblings. When she was young, her dad got deathly ill with cancer and could not work. Rossetti and her mum opened their own school in order to help support the family once her father became ill. When Christina was growing up, she was not exposed to the inadequate way of life and she was mostly subjected to the wealthier side of dwelling. When she was a little child, Christina never had great health. She was always getting ill and was never fully healthy. Since Rossetti was influenced heavily by her family's conclusions, her poetry was influenced by them. Since Christina's household was religious, her writings represented her father's beliefs. Mr. Rossetti was so fond of God that Christina followed in her father's footsteps and adored God with all her heart.
