My perfect Teacher once I think about teachers that I have had in the past, many different ones come into my thoughts. Every one of these educators stands out in my mind for a number of varied explanations. When it's their sense of humor, their tactfulness, their love of this subject matter, their fanatical and sporadic behavior, or their willingness to become childish themselves, I could still recall at least one quality of every teacher I have ever encountered. Each of those teachers conveyed subject material for their students just as they had been educated and employed to perform. But, I hope that each and every professional in the world has an abundance of chance for improvement; teachers can detect and improve themselves merely by having a open mind and observing one another. If I were able to assemble the "perfect" teacher for me, I would simply have to concentrate on three main aspects of the individual. These three qualities would be conducting an enjoyable and interesting course, with organization and genuine comprehension of subject material, and creating a necessity to accept and have a constructive relationship with all students. Because of the most recent technology children today expect to be amused by some other means of "twiddling their thumbs". This need isn't only present in the home environment; it is everywhere they go, including college. Therefore, teachers now need to make learning more enjoyable than it ever was. Pupils are aware that at college they have strict rules to follow along with expectations from their teachers. But school can be interesting if the educators create it that way.
