Additionally, it shows that after exercise, the pulse returns back into the resting pulse rate in a fairly steady pace. Analysis As seen in Graph 1, my heart takes longer to recover after strenuous exercise than following moderate exercise. I also have observed that there seems to be a rogue in my results for strenuous exercise. It doesn't fit the line of best fit. This could be because my results might have been wrong or there could have only been a radical change in pulse rate. This demonstrates you cannot answer the question "How quickly does your heart rate recuperate after exercise" so simply and to answer the question especially you would have to specify what sort of exercise. There may also be other variables in this experiment that I will need to be able to compare my results with somebody else so as to find them out.
