Rapists at Arkansas Should Receive Harsher Punishment Many families of rapists or sexual criminals believe they're penalized to harshly since they are never given the chance to attend services such as counseling to better themselves before being punished as a significant criminal. Many families of rape victims as well as other citizens believe that a rapist goes almost free in contrast to what the victim goes through, and also believe it's unfair.
