I feel both of these attributes are important for students to own because regardless of what difficulties they encounter or what situation they are in, the ability to communicate effectively can aid them in working together with others and the desire to learn will motivate them to make positive changes in their life. As a teacher, I want my students to become interested in studying, both in college and in their own lives. With these two goals in your mind, my position as a teacher is to help them develop these skills and values. To help students attain these goals, a teacher who leads by example can demonstrate to pupils how to communicate with others. Additionally, if teachers are excited about what they teach, they will create a much better learning environment that will inspire the students to understand. My philosophy of teaching consists of these two traits because after they leave my course, I want them to continue their education with the desire to find out more and to communicate this desire and the skills they have got with other folks.
