After watching television and flipping although ads and articles in many publications, the stereotyping of women and men is so evident but at the same time society is blind about it. In society parents educate their children gender roles at a very young age. Gender roles refers to the attitudes, behaviour, and activities which are socially defined as suitable for each sex learned throughout the socialization process. Males are traditionally expected to demonstrate aggressiveness and endurance, and females are expected to be passive and passive. For example, little girls play with toys and play with "home" and little boys play with toy guns and play "cops and robbers." Mass media are powerful things that affect society's beliefs, attitudes, and the values they have of themselves and others in addition to the planet.
