Global Remote Incident Prevention King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital (KASH) at Taif, Is among the top 10 hospitals in the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia. It's been rewarded the JCI certification (Joint Commission International) at July 2012. The hospital has applied all JCI standers and finally passed the survey successfully. (IT, 2012) Moreover, KASH provides health care services to patients at the clinic. Among the significant providers in KASH is Radiology Information System (RIS), and also how doctors can diagnose the patient's symptoms after many investigations could be viewed via the network. Instead of going to the radiology modalities, acquiring the tape reader (CR) filmed manually, then ready the individual report. It is done easily today by a new method. (IT, 2012) In this project the focus is going to be on the PACS system and its infrastructure, and how incident can be prevented from happening. The key is joining an answer incident team as an outsource support to maintain auditing the PACS system. PACS Cluster Server KASH has contracted with AGFA Health Care Company (Worldwide, 2013) which offers a fantastic project called Picture Archive Communication System (PACS). PACS is a enormous system. It has a cluster machine (7 servers see table 1) located in the data centre of information technology department in the hospital. Additionally the PACS includes a software known as (IMPAX) has been installed in each client in the system. IMPAX has also a significant database of patient's record.
