Marriage is a thought that has been shedding its significance in today’s modernising globe (Borneman, 1996: 217). The unification of a man and a lady is traditionally regarded as a primary goal in life. The media, however, has been putting less focus on marriage and more focus on the feelings surrounding marriage; the emotion of like. Due to the quick advancement of telecommunications in present day society, the press is prevalent in nearly every geographic area in the world today. Before technology became so widespread, both main resources of knowledge a child received was from school and from one’s household (Callanan, 2008: 148). With Television and the web being available in all corners of the planet earth, the media is overtaking as a major way to obtain knowledge to kids; it moulds the thoughts of today's generation (Ward, 2005: 64). The reason why not children just, but all human beings follow the press is since the humans proven in the media will have an aesthetic beauty that's far above ordinary (Ward, 2005: 65) and in the long run there is nearly always the joy of love. Most kinds of media, including movies, television music and shows, concentrate on the idea of like. Although in western tradition, love may be the proper reason for relationship (Hendrix: 1), the press addresses like in context with sex.
