The Demand for Quality After School Programs in American Schools Since the autumn of 1997 America has experienced a rapid increase in the amount of school shootings. These crimes are completely non-discriminate towards either social status or ethnicity. These incidents do have in common is how pupils between the ages of 10 to 16 dedicated them.
