Seymour Wishman has been a former defense attorney and prosecutor, and also the author of Anatomy of a Jury, as well as three other publications including the novel Nothing Personal along with a memoir Confessions of a Criminal Lawyer. He is a famous writer and very highly respected law individual. Anatomy of a Jury is Seymour Wishman's third novel about the criminal justice system and people who play a role in it. A frequent misconception is that the objective of this publication is to put the reader in the shoes of not only the suspect but into the sneakers of the prosecutor, the judge, the defense lawyer and most of all the prosecution. He did not wish to prove a point to anybody or set out a particular message but simply to show and explain to his readers the way the prosecution system works. Instead of writing a book solely about the details of the way the jury system functions, Wishman decides to include a narrative so it's easier and more interesting for his readers to follow along with. Seymour Wishman does not aim this publication toward any specific audience.
