I have selected the Management by Objectives (MBO) concept of management because this relates the most for my company ideas and current working environment. The MBO strategy employs many familiar processes that I'm used to using such as goal setting, worker involvement, and opinions. Utilizing each of these tools has helped to increase overall project performance and help to provide a more informed employee and management team. The performance of the management needs to be the exact aims as the business (Drucker, 2001). In most business there's some central issue and this concept can help to examine the problem to bring about short term then long-term resolutions. In management the profit goals are examined from budgeted possible outcomes. MBO will help to develop new approaches to attain the forecasted goal (Ford, 1980).
