Abigail Williams is manipulative and wants everything to go her way. She is the principal character and causes trouble everywhere she goes. Abigail first commits adultery with Elizabeth's husband. Later on Abigail begins to accuse innocent people of doing witchcraft that causes them to die. Abigail Williams utilizes the Salem Witch Trials to set out all of the bitterness she's toward everybody. Abigail commits adultery with Elizabeth's husband who's John Proctor. In The Crucible John had been thirty decades of age and Abigail who was just seventeen. Despite a huge age difference Abigail appears to think she's got a high level of maturity to do anything that she desires. John and Elizabeth hired Abigail, before Elizabeth discovered about his affair and also fired Abigail. John told Abigail that he had been done using the affair and that he will never touch her again.
