In the age of three, Ashley Rhodes-Courter had been taken to the foster care program in Florida, since her mother cashed at a bogus check (Rhodes-Courter 292). It's really morose how things ended up for her. Many situations have led to complications in her life which made her quite stoic. Through the decades of foster care, she's gone through two foster homes, seventy three child welfare staff, forty four child welfare maintenance workers, seventeen psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and twenty three attorneys (Rhodes-Courter 1). She finally got her happy end together with her adoption parents, following all those troublesome houses. She instructs people that no matter how difficult the rain falls, there will always be sunshine afterwards, as it cannot rain forever.
