Why is it that some teachers fail to supply a maximum learning experience for their students? I came up with three unique theories on how I will support my students to attain maximum learning experience from the classroom. Among the reasons why teachers can't supply a maximum learning experience for their students is because teachers do not spend time researching their students' preferred learning style. Some teachers rely heavily on just 1 instruction style, closing the doors for pupils who cannot fully learn on one specific teaching style that teachers use. Another reason teachers fail is because they do not construct a positive emotions in the classroom. When students feel uncomfortable in class, it would be very difficult for them to learn. Lastly, teachers must promote cooperative learning, which create a positive connection between pupils and promotes group success. To be prosperous in providing maximum learning experience for the pupils, teachers must create positive emotions in the classroom, getting familiar with the students learning styles, and encouraging cooperative learning from the course. One way to encourage my students in the classroom is to be familiarized with their learning styles. Not all students learn the same way at a classroom. By understanding and getting knowledgeable about the pupils learning styles, I would know how I'll deliver my classes and lectures that will accommodate each student learning styles.
