I am a teacher, an educator of our youth. I am amongst the thousands of educators which ease the learning process to kids ages five to eighteen. Along with my peers, I guide, mentor, inform, inspire, encourage, and offer many opportunities that enable our youth to learn for themselves. We don't only read from books or give examinations, we interact with each student, building a relationship so we might help create well-rounded learners so they could have the ability to achieve their full potential and exceed their objectives. As a teacher, we understand how to intervene, provide positive reinforcement, and permit students to make mistakes in order that they can try for themselves and build confidence in themselves and relish the fruits of achievement. When a student achieves, we all achieve. A true teacher teaches as a means of life as opposed to instruct to live. Teachers are constantly learning and wanting to obtain more knowledge to pass along to their students. As a teacher, I have to have a belief system that guides my actions as an educator. 1. I believe than education is the most single important aspect within an personвЂ™s life. As a teacher, we are the life source of knowledge and discovery. It is our responsibility to cultivate every individual student by allowing him or her to excel not only intellectually but also developmentally, emotionally, physically and socially. 2. I believe that all pupils should be treated equal regardless of any particular needs. 3. I think my classroom will be an accessible and safe environment that fosters respect, confidence, dignity and involvement that allows pupils to understand. 4.
