My Teaching Philosophy I wish to become a teacher, not only for the pleasure and enjoyment that comes along with being a teacher, but since I wish to make a difference in children's lives. I want to be a Physical Education instructor, to teach children the importance of being physically fit and emotionally active. In edition to teaching the importance of staying and being healthy, I wish to provide the younger generation the chance to play sports. Through playing with sports a kid may feel a since of function or significance. This may discourage a life of crime or a drug-abuse. Through being a teacher I want to be a great case for my students. Most kids today grow up in homes without a father figure; I need to be that father figure in a child's life so maybe I can make a difference. Education is an essential aspect of life; it is truly the key in the present world. I think that each child requires an instruction. Not only restricted to reading, writing, and arithmetic, but children will need to also know health and physical education. Physical education is one other very important aspect of education. Inactivity and poor diet cause at least 300,000 (preventable) deaths a year in America. Children will need to know the value of exercise and eating healthful early so they do not become a statistic.
