After testing and developing a research version (See Figure 2-3), concerning the effects of KM actions supported by technological and organisational initiatives have on individual, team, and organisational levels. The results provide some potential valuable insights for thoughts and training on knowledge management. Secondly, this study offers valid and reliable measures that senior managers can utilize as a valuable tool to evaluate and grade the a variety of KM actions of their staff with their best work place.
