An organisation's safeness and health insurance policy shouldn't be considered as rigid and unchanging once it has been developed and decided. Instead it should be subject to regular review, both all together and in its specific parts, within the arrangements for planning and arranging.

There are particular circumstances which should give rise to reviews, focused either on the general coverage or specific areas of it, with respect to the issues involved. Such circumstances include:-

Changes in the buildings or workplace

After a basic safety audit or risk analysis, and something was highlighted

When there's a change in legislation

Following Mommy enforcement action or as a result of the results from an accident investigation.

Structure changes of the organization, and or changes in key personnel

Deficiencies highlighted after discussion with personnel or their associates highlights

When work preparations change or new procedures are introduced

Risk assessment is the procedure of evaluating the probability and implications of accident or illnesses which could be due for an identified hazard. Eventually we have to determine the appropriate actions for risk control.

Workplace safe practices and health audit

9. -(1) It will be the work of the occupier of any work environment specified in the 3rd Schedule to

appoint a work environment safeness and health auditor to audit the safeness and health management system

of the work area at a regularity as given in the 3rd Schedule.

(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Commissioner may, at the mercy of such conditions as he may

determine, immediate the occupier of any work area specified in the 3rd Schedule to conduct an

audit of the security and health management system of the workplace within such period as the

Commissioner may necessitate.

(3) It shall be the work of the occupier of any work environment specified in the Third Schedule to have

the office audited within such period as the Commissioner may escort under paragraph (2).

(4) It will be the duty of the occupier of any place of work specified in the Third Schedule to

implement, as far as is fairly practicable, the recommendations of the work place safety and

health auditor appointed under paragraph (1) without undue delay.

Internal overview of safe practices and health management system

10. -(1) It shall be the duty of the occupier of any workplace given in the Fourth Schedule to

conduct an internal overview of the safe practices and health management system of the place of work at the

frequency as given in the Fourth Agenda.

(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Commissioner may point the occupier of any workplace

specified in the Fourth Routine to appoint a work environment security and health auditor to audit the

safety and health management system of the office.

(3) It shall be the work of the occupier of any work environment given in the Fourth Program to

appoint a work environment protection and health auditor as the Commissioner may point under

paragraph (2).

(4) It shall be the duty of the occupier of any workplace specified in the Fourth Plan to

implement, as far as is fairly practicable, the advice of the work area safety and

health auditor appointed under paragraph (3) without undue delay.
