9. -(1) It will be the work of the occupier of any work environment specified in the 3rd Schedule to
appoint a work environment safeness and health auditor to audit the safeness and health management system
of the work area at a regularity as given in the 3rd Schedule.
(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Commissioner may, at the mercy of such conditions as he may
determine, immediate the occupier of any work area specified in the 3rd Schedule to conduct an
audit of the security and health management system of the workplace within such period as the
Commissioner may necessitate.
(3) It shall be the work of the occupier of any work environment specified in the Third Schedule to have
the office audited within such period as the Commissioner may escort under paragraph (2).
(4) It will be the duty of the occupier of any place of work specified in the Third Schedule to
implement, as far as is fairly practicable, the recommendations of the work place safety and
health auditor appointed under paragraph (1) without undue delay.
10. -(1) It shall be the duty of the occupier of any workplace given in the Fourth Schedule to
conduct an internal overview of the safe practices and health management system of the place of work at the
frequency as given in the Fourth Agenda.
(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Commissioner may point the occupier of any workplace
specified in the Fourth Routine to appoint a work environment security and health auditor to audit the
safety and health management system of the office.
(3) It shall be the work of the occupier of any work environment given in the Fourth Program to
appoint a work environment protection and health auditor as the Commissioner may point under
