In order to become more self-aware, I reviewed my ability to control and complete tasks. Through personal reflections and feedback from peers and academics advisors, I seen that many of my peers understand me to be organised and responsive. As a result of this observation, I've recognized that I am fairly reliable in the management of my personal tasks. As a result of this, I have designed my job development plan to add a several activities. This may enable me to increase my time.
I got the MBTI test to further my degree of self-awareness. The results show that my personality is the ENFP (Extroversion, Intuition, Thinking and Perceiving). People with ENFP personalities tend to lead by building a vision, and aiding people see their potential. ENFP personalities also tend to influence by listening to and making use of the ideas of others. Finally, ENFP personalities tend to focus on discovering all the options. This personality type identifies many characteristics that are in line with the steps I've outlined in my profession development plan. WHEN I tend to be considered a very reserved person who tries to see the best in everyone, I've became aware that I am not very good at criticizing my peers as I've a propensity to be too nice. This realization arrived as a distress. Because I consider myself to be a very genuine person, I had previously assumed that we could provide candid evaluations. My self-awareness of this limitation will definitely help me in my future career. One of the fundamental parts of being a administrator is the necessity to provide employees with constructive criticism. Professionals who cannot do it will be extremely ineffective. As such, I have realized that I need to teach myself to be less worried of what folks think, plus more worried about providing helpful evaluations.
