Procrastination probably to occur when you can find the least of their time management. From articles in Wikipedia, titled "Procrastination", procrastination identifies the deferment of actions or jobs to a later time. Psychologists often cite such habit as a device for coping with the stress associated with starting and/or completing any activity or decision. It influences most students at some level of these studies. They attempt to escape doing a specific task that full with boredom. However, the task which is not

getting started can make you feeling stress and in the end panic where it will impact students' academic performance. The way to beat this is to break down each activity into small sub responsibilities. A schedule will help you dedicate appropriate the perfect time to each sub job. Students have to keep productivity and focus by arranging difficult tasks during the most fruitful work time.

Students may use their review time wisely and balance other commitments by having an effective designed and organized schedule. How to design and put on an activity into a agenda are the terms. Consider investing time into learning how to go about repeating this. Students can make investments the time in advance and get back the dividend by getting set up a weekly timetable. Thus, students will find the goals and targets that they have set are attainable.

1. 2 Statement of Problem

University life is filled with challenges. A lot of the FPPSM students think it is hard to balance their studies, campus activities, work and sport. Furthermore, students always complaint they are unable to analyze and do task till last minutes. This may lead to poor educational performance. Sometimes, they spend a lot of time for leisure activities and remaining their projects behind their brain. All these problems come up because the majority of the students do not manage their time properly. So, it is important to know how FPPSM students deal with their period to keep a well-balanced perspective on every area associated with school life.

Most of the FPPSM students have low level of personal self-control. So, they rarely follow the time schedule that they had made themselves. Furthermore, they also hardly ever follow the time that plan by lecturer in the course put together. They neglect to notice the a number of important weeks that cause past due submission.

Furthermore, almost all of the FPPSM students feel stress and cannot focus in the lecture room. They suffer stress because they don't take care of their time properly. The students might not have skill to manage theirs. So, they will feel stress when they cannot finish their tasks or study promptly. Because of this, they will sacrifice their sleeping time to complete almost all their work. They are all why the research stresses on time management among FPPSM students.

CHAPTER 2

LITERATURE REVIEW

2. 1 Description of Time Management

First of all, this part of research begins by introducing this is of the time management. Clarke explained that time management is a system, group of tools and skills that whenever combined will help you gain more out of your allocated time and also let you have the ability to use your time to accomplish what you would like and what you ought to accomplish. In addition, time management is the control and target of someone's activities to making everything do match specific durations and schedules, and try hard to make that fit happen, if our tasks can in fact be accomplished in those days.

As we know time management is life management. It's the center skill around which anything that you decide to do revolves around. It can be said that the quality of your life will be determined by the grade of your time and effort management. Time management is actually the external demo of self-discipline in your daily life. The most effective thing human beings have are time. We are able to always get additional money but after we spend our time it is fully gone forever. Firstly, to be always a successful student they need to realize how precious time is and they need to comprehend the principles if they are going to manage it effectively. ("Time Management")

In addition, time management includes your day-to-day activities as well as your permanent future desires and goals you have establish for your self. Some skills included in time management are organizing, goal setting, handling your process or arranging things you will need to have finished or would like to do. A

diary is an extremely useful tool to help college student take care of their time smartly. In a journal they can schedule their planned things to do in advance by knowing what they have to pay attention to such as project and revision for an upcoming test. However, improve of their time management skills is essential for student to reduce their anxiety and stress which comes from their university or college life.

2. 2 Efficiency of your time Management on the Academics Performance of FPPSM University student.

According to Dozier (2008), with appropriate time management, students can have more achievement. He also explained that the great things about time management. College students can live an bought life with an increase of extra time. Besides, college students can reduce physical stress and prevent procrastination.

According to the analysis of Ohio School from Karpinski (as cited in Kok and Teo, 2009) result of academic will be affected if someone put in too much time online. Two hundred and nineteen of Facebook users were investigated by a study and discover that undergraduates possessed grade point averages around 3 to 3. 5 is a Facebook users On the other hand, students can get the bigger GPAs if their less involve in Facebook. A similar situation will arise if student addicted in playing game. If students can manage their leisure time or leisure time well, maybe it can avoid their result from getting bad. Someone will forget to do revision if he or she playing game without control. Learner who addicted in game even be speak to study but he or she maybe always considering their game. It will totally jeopardize their performance in school and social marriage.

The research paper by Ranjitamisra and McKean (2009) looked into the inter romantic relationship among academic stress, stress, time management and leisure satisfaction among 249 university undergraduates by era and gender. The results have shown that females experienced higher self-imposed stress plus more physiological reactions to stressors than men. They are handling their time more successfully than males. From results, we will get that time management has firmly correlated to academic stress. In addition, state anxiety experienced a greater connection with reactions to stressors than trait stress. Besides, we also discover that leisure activities will typically reduce academic stress.

In the study entitled "Total time and productive time management", Research, Study combine to check, and Rest encoding will be the factor inherent that will influenced to learning and retention (Izawa, 1999). From the research, time management may impact the potency of learning process.

Besides, according to Weissberg et al. (as cited in Schumm, 1992), time management is important to the majority of the undergraduate students and it becomes their most important personal need to make the learning process be more effective. University students are burdened by coursework, task, part-time careers, and extracurricular activities. The time management skill is a strategy to improve undergraduate students' self-control. Briton & Tesser (as cited in Schumm, 1992) found that there is a relationship among scholar self-report and their class point averages.

2. 3 Difference between the Successful Students and also other Students with time Management.

There was several view point from expert about become a successful students by handling time prudently.

Apps (1990) stated that ways of successful students are being used to manage their time. The students are blocked to learning mainly cause by time-stealers. Time stealers means that people do not have recognition when time flying. Time stealers include procrastination, unclear priorities, daydreaming, annoyance and anxiety. Alternatively, successful students are time savers and time manufacturers. Time savers means that save other time through the elimination of the time-stealers. Time-savers include time inventory, weekly time plan, regular monthly calendar, "to-do" list and expressing no. Then, time-makers make reference to gain additional time in life. Time producers include working more efficiently, using spare occasions effectively and holding time. (Apps, 1990)

According to Rochita (2009), many university students find it hard to balance their time with review and other social activities. Most of them are sidetracked by social activities and struggling to cope with the analysis. So, college students need to manage or coordinate their time to keep up their CGPA. Firstly, they can visit a quite place to study rather than research in the dorm. For the reason that students may be distracted by their roommate. Then, school students should stay planned by recording all the planning in a planner or notebook. Furthermore, school students should keep a to-do list above their tables to know very well what they are likely to do every day. Finally, college students should eliminate the clutter.

Furthermore, Grabmeier (2009) mentioned about the effects of procrastination. Insufficient quality of work is one of the effects. It will lead to students' educational performance and the main is students' work does not accomplish before due date. Besides, Grabmeier also recommended some ways on how to become successful college student.

From the study conducted by Britton &Glynn (as cited in Schumm, 1992), ninety freshmen were surveyed using an instrument that included items related to choosing goals and sub goals, prioritizing goals, producing jobs and subtasks from the goals, list the tasks on the "to-do" list, arranging them, and then taking them out. In the article, it stated that short-range planning, time behaviour and long-range planning are playing roles in university students' academics performance. To be remembered as a successful college or university university student, short-range planning and time attitudes are essential to the cumulative quality point average. From this article, an performance time management may be one of the factor have an effect on to their academics performance.

2. 4 Amount of Students with Proper Plan Planning.

Ex-Ramapo students' come back for panel discussion with School of 2010 which survey by Loffredo (2010) reviewed about, students need control their time well. For instance, balance research time, socializing, entertainment and sport to keep healthy life. Maybe students can finish off their work in right time without do until evening or finish last minutes. If students complete their work in early time, maybe miscalculation can be reducing. It can help student get the nice mark in task.

Besides, from the article "Students figure out how to manage time" from University Counselling Centre sponsors program to help students be successful and figure out how to manage time. The author of the article is Jackson, (2004) claimed that college student need to control their time in research and socializing. It is because students can enhance their romantic relationship between friends. Daily schedule is required to take care of their time more performance. Stress maybe can be reduced if students have good time management. A lot more important things will be done first before it is too late.

According to Barnes (1992), a highly effective learning is determined by self-awareness. The knowing of students may influence the potency of study and immediately give result to the academic performance of students. A research conducted by Maddox (as cited in Barnes, 1992) discussed that learning in the afternoon is better than their studies at midnight. A proper time management may reduce students' hour of studying. Besides that, a great time management could prevent the needless things from eating more time. The unnecessary things could cause time being misused. Time management should be measurable. Students may deal with their analysis by including appropriate time for leisure. Students should figure out how to indentify and list the priority things. Based on Barnes's opinion, time planning is useful and should be a guideline but also needs to be versatile. The flexibility of time management we can deal with the sudden things.

Then, Hirsch (2001) stated that "life is what goes on when you are making other plans" (p. 102). It means life is full of unexpected occasions that can hinder carefully planned schedules. While some interruptions can be prevented by planning activities to be sure each activity are done properly, other activities could appear unpredictably. However, no plan will work all the time.

2. 5 Recent Research

This research choose the researches of "A comparison between your Time-management Skills and Academics Performance of Mature and Traditional-entry University Students" conducted by Trueman and Hartley (1996) and "How Business Students Spend Their Time - Do They Really Know?" conducted by Tanner and Maples et. al as the referrals to carry out this research.

The respondents of the research of Trueman were all the first-year students of mindset at Keele which were 293 students (Trueman, 1996). Alternatively, the respondents of the study conducted by Tanner were 212 business major students (Tanner & Maples et. al). For our research, you will see 50 respondents from the Faculty of Management and Human being Learning resource Development (FPPSM), UTM.

The research conducted by Trueman (1996) focused on the relationship between time management skill and the first yr students with different age ranges as the research conducted by Tanner & Maples et. al focused on the awareness of business students spending their time. However, our research concentrates on how FPPSM students control their time and it offers first, second and third 12 months students.

The research tool employed by Tanner (1996) was logbook. The students were asked to record the time they spent for every activity for an interval of one week. However, the research instrument our group used is questionnaire and interview.

From the research conducted by Trueman (1996), he found that the old mature students (aged more than 25 years) acquired a better time management skills than traditional-entry students (aged significantly less than 21 years) and borderline mature students (aged 21-25 years). In addition, feminine students have a much better time management skill than male students. However, our research does not analyze these aspects. Furthermore, the research showed no distinctions between time management skills and academics performance. However, our research will to study the partnership between time management and students' performance.

From the research conducted by Tanner and Maple et. al, he discovered that technological distraction induced business students scarified their analysis time without recognizing it. So, our research will determine the amount of students who've proper agenda planning.

The earlier research helped our group with an idea of how to conduct our research so when a guide for our research.

CHAPTER 3

3. 0 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

3. 1 Introduction

This section discusses the strategy of the research. The main reason for the study is to investigate the knowing of FPPSM students about the importance of their time management. The respondents are 50 students from FPPSM. Data for the research will be extracted from the questionnaires and also via an interview time.

3. 2 Research Instruments

In this research, two methods of research instruments have been chosen to gather the primary data. These instruments are questionnaire for quantitative research technique and interview for qualitative research strategy. A set of 50 mattress sheets of questionnaire including 18 questions where all of the questions are closed-ended or open-ended questions (Appendix A). There will vary types of questions to be asked such as likert-scale questions, list/choice questions, rank questions in the questionnaire. Within this study, the questionnaires were distributed to 50 respondents who are students from FPPSM. Students from FPPSM were picked to answer packages of questionnaire.

The qualitative data because of this research comes from interview. We are going to interview two students from FPPSM. One of the interviewee who's an associate of Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (MPP), and another interviewee is students from FPPSM who CGPA below 3. 5. In addition, we

prepare a set of questions prior to the interview (Appendix B). The reason why of choosing this technique is a lot of important ideas or opinions that can't be accumulated through questionnaires.

3. 3 Respondents of the Study

The respondents are from first, second and third season of Human Source Development, Management Technology, Marketing, Accounting, and Industrial Psychology students from FPPSM. A total of 50 questionnaires were sent out to students at different training and years in Feb 2010. A total of 50 students from FPPSM delivered the questionnaires.

The interviewees chosen were Ms Lai Yit Sien and another scholar who CGPA below 3. 5. The reason why for chosen Ms Lai Yit Sien as interviewee are she can manage their review and extra-curricular well, and maintain her CGPA by obtained Dean List in past semester. Ms Lai Yit Sien is a third year learner of Human Tool Development. She actually is a member of Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (MPP). Alternatively, another interviewee is another year pupil of Human Reference Development. Her CGPA is below 3. 5.

3. 4 Research Procedure

A pilot study was conducted on 1st February 2010 to access the validity of the study instrument. This pilot review was done before we deliver the questionnaires. Each group well prepared five models of questionnaire and allocated these to other group arbitrarily for pilot test purpose.

During the genuine study, the questionnaires were allocated to the FPPSM students who are first, second and third calendar year of Human Resource Development, Management Technology, Marketing, Accounting, and Industrial Mindset students. Respondents were contacted with a short question of whether they have scheduling or planning activities because of their daily life. All the questionnaires collected after the respondents answer the questionnaires.

3. 5 Data Analysis

To analyse the info, the info from questionnaire were calculated and came into into computer by hand. Results were offered through frequency counts and other descriptive figures. Graphs, dining tables, charts and etc. were used to provide a clear picture on the info research. Interview data were used to validate the data from the questionnaire. The info were transferred into writing form.

CHAPTER 4

4. 0 FINDING AND DISCUSSION

There have been 11 students from Bachelor of Research (Human Tool Development), 12 students from Bachelor of Management (Technology), Bachelor of Management (Marketing), and Bachelor of Mindset (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) each other. There were three students from Bachelor of Accountancy. Therefore, the full total range of respondents was 50 students.

4. 2. 2 Year of Students

Figure B Circulation of Respondents Based on Time of Students

Figure B shows syndication of respondents involved with this research predicated on 12 months of students. There were 34% of students from first year (17 students), 32% students from second yr (16 students), and 34% students from third yr (17 students).

4. 2. 3 Gender

Figure C Circulation of Respondents Based on Gender

Figure C shows the gender of FPPSM students involved with this research. There were 38 (76%) woman respondents and the other 12 (24%) respondents were male.

4. 2. 4 CGPA

Figure D CGPA of FPPSM students Involved in This Research

Figure D shows that the CGPA of respondents in this research. 29 out of 50 students achieved the CGPA 3. 5 to 4. 0. Twenty students have achieved 3. 0-3. 49, and only one pupil achieved the CGPA 2. 5 to 2. 99. Furthermore, there were no students' CGPA were below 2. 5.

4. 3 Romantic relationship between Time Management and Academic Performance

4. 3. 1 Effective Time Management

Figure E Rate of recurrence of Distribution in Surfing the Internet of Effective Time Management (extra-activities).

Figure E shows enough time spent by respondent searching the Internet in a day. There were around 50 percent of the respondents spent significantly less than three hours searching the Internet daily and 30 percent of the respondents spent more than six hours surfing internet in a day. Browsing internet may be considered a way to help students to get the information about study and assignment. Alternatively, some of FPPSM students are addicted in surfing internet.

Figure F Consistency of Circulation on the Elements of Effective Time Management (extra-activities).

Figure F shows the rate of recurrence of distribution on the elements in effective time management. You can find 25 out of 50 respondents agree that they have the habit of exercise at least one time weekly. Besides that, there are around 21 respondents agree that they go for shopping, watch movie and other entertainment at least once a month. There are a variety of respondents that are about 35 percent of the respondents having entertainment at least once in 14 days. Entertainment like shopping and viewing movie will be the ways to help students release a stress. However, students should avoid having too much entertainment in their life because it may influence their academic performance.

Figure G Regularity Circulation of Elements in Effectiveness Time Management (research).

Figure G shows enough time of revision that most preferred by FPPSM students. Most the respondents start their revision weekly before examination. There have been not more than ten percent of the respondents start their revision a day before assessment.

From Stand B, it shows the occurrence distribution of elements in non-effectiveness time management among FPPSM students. There are 11 out of 50 respondents disagree highly that they can participate in cultural activities even they know they must be studying, and their time filled with needless socializing. Generally, over fifty percent of the respondents disagree that they can participate in interpersonal activities even they know they must be studying, and unneeded socializing occupies an excessive amount of their times.

The finding able to answer the study objective that effective time management influences academic performance. Predicated on the findings, there are around 60 percent of FPPSM students getting CGPA more than 3. 5 and having effectiveness time management. This shows that we now have a romance between effective time management and educational performance.

According to find E, F, and G, they show the occurrence of circulation on the components of effective time management in extra-activities and also examine. You will find more than 50 percent of the respondents able to balance their extra-activities and analysis. There is not much difference between your amounts of respondents that browse the Internet less than three hours per day and go over six hours per day. Internet is the main tool in students' life. Students may search the web for entertainment, social networking, or information searching. Besides that, the majority of the respondents have a behavior in exercise at least one time weekly. Exercise is a way to release stress. Thus, they could succeed with healthy mind and body. It is because exercise can help blood flow. So, they may be easy to memorize the notice if fresh at heart.

Self self-discipline is one of the elements of effective time management. According to the findings, most of the respondents do not procrastination to complete projects. For the reason that they may have good willpower in handling their time. Most of them can follow their study program. Therefore, they can do their tasks systematically to avoid last minute work. Because of this, they can produce more perfect and less fault assignments in order to get the higher marks for their assignments. Indirectly, it will improve their academics performance.

According to Barnes (1992), an effective learning depends on self-awareness. The awareness of students may affect the effectiveness of study and directly give impact to the academic performance. Based on the findings, most the respondents have self-awareness. Therefore, they aware their own responsibilities as a student are to perform their tasks and get the good results. In order to fulfill their tasks, they will have time schedule to complete assignments promptly. Therefore, marks will never be deducted by lecturer. The potency of time management will enhance the academics performance.

From the findings, the majority of the respondents have review time plan and do revision a week before examination. It shows the respondents believe that organizing and planning their time to review and do revision is important with their academic performance. An effective time planning may reduce students' hour of studying at midnight. A study conducted by Maddox (as cited in Barnes, 1992) discussed that studying in the day is better than studying at midnight. Besides that, the students can make the more suitable time to allow them to study. Insurance firms a powerful time plan, respondents have sufficient time to study and understand the content of study. Because of this, they can rating better in the assessment.

Even interviewee who gets CPGA more than 3. 5 has take part in extra-curriculum but she'll refuse the experience if crush her research time. She actually is able to determine which thing is the main but does not have self-control to check out her routine. Furthermore, interviewee who gets CPGA more than 3. 5 explained that she are designed for stress currently. It really is probably because she has a powerful skill in manages time. Table E Mean of Each Activities that a lot of Preferred by Respondents

Table E shows the mean of each activity which can be preferred from respondents. The mean of searching the internet is 1. 52, it demonstrates majority of the respondents are most preferred to browsing the internet. Mean of analysis is 1. 89 and indicate of entertainment is 3. 01. On the other hand, respondents are least preferred to sport, and the mean of sport is 3. 76.

From the studies, it can be pointed out that drafting a daily list of things you can do is very important to students. For the reason that daily list can be a guideline for students' activities. Respondents list out the jobs to be achieved in a day so that they can prevent from losing their time. Besides, it can also avoid for absent any task which is need to do in that day. As we're able to see from Stand D, respondents always determine the duty of high concern each day. It's important when way too many things have to be done in a single day. By identifying the duty of high top priority, respondents can identify which process is most significant for them and then they will attempt to complete it even although time given is limited. However, most of the students do not make a weekly plan with specific aim. It is because they just plan the items they would like to do that are not specific in virtually any goal. Sometimes, it is depending on the feeling and the easiness of the duty. They will defer the duty which is hard and complete the simple process at the first.

According to Barnes (1992), a great time management could hinder the pointless things from eating more time. The pointless things could cause time from being misused. Time management should be measurable. Students may deal with their research by including appropriate time for leisure. Students should figure out how to indentify and list the priority things. Based on Barnes's judgment, time planning is useful and should be a guideline but should also be adaptable. The flexibility of time management we can package with the unexpected things.

Next, desk E implies that majority of the respondents mainly prefer searching the internet. It is because students get tired of extended hours of lecture or get weary when research for a test. Therefore, students surf the Internet for the purpose of entertainment to reduce boredom and tired of research. Besides that, academics purpose is another factor that triggers students to become dependent on Internet. Academic goal means that searching for Information, reading online newspaper or academic forum.

Besides that, respondents least prefers to play any sport because most of the respondents believe that research is one of quite parts in their life. They are aware of their own duties as students to complete their assignments and get great results. In order to fulfill their duties, they often overlook exercise even though they know the importance of exercise. In addition, most the students are being tired to review and lazy to visit exercise even they have got time and energy to make it. Ex-Ramapo students' return for panel talk with Category of 2010 which was reported by Loffredo (2010) discussed about students need take care of their time well. For example, students have to balance study time, socializing, entertainment and sport to keep healthy life.

students to progress result in exam and also serve as a learning process. Furthermore, students can identify which elements should be prioritizing and follow their own routine. Therefore, they can have a proper time management.

There are some limitations for the study. This research conducted for FPPSM students only. Therefore, the sample size of the populace is small and can't be generalized to other university or college students.

CHAPTER 6

6. 0 RECOMMENDATION

6. 1 Introduction

This section talks about the advice or recommendation based on the finding and future research. The advice can be considered a reference to increase the time management of FPPSM students.

6. 2 Advice Predicated on Finding

6. 2. 1 UTM

UTM provides a lecture or advertising campaign on how to become successful university student. The advertising campaign is compulsory to all or any students in FPPSM. The activities can include writing connection with successful students; retain a specialist which is occupation in field of management. It can improve the realization of students to get a good result. The function is compulsory to all or any students in UTM. Even though the findings mentioned that most of the respondents are good in controlling their time but the findings is only true to the sample. We must suppose that beside of the respondents in this research, other students from different faculty also have to get some good knowledge about how to manage the time.

6. 2. 2 Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE)

Ministry of advanced schooling encourages the university or college students to have a proper time management in order to balance their time prudently. Predicated on the finding of the research, most of

the students in FPPSM have proper agenda planning and also succeed in their academic. Ministry of higher education can encourage the students who have achieved excellent final result such as supply the scholarship or grant or financial assistances to help them achieve their educational dreams. It can encourage more students to execute well in their academic. For example, the interviewee of the research had achieved a high CGPA and at the same time she also effective in extra-curricular activities. Thus, the government can provide scholarship or grant as an incentive on her behalf. She also has been set an example to all or any students in FPPSM.

6. 2. 3 Faculty

The suggestion Faculty of Management and People Tool Development (FPPSM) is the fact that firmly enforce students to follow their time schedule. To be able to success, students must sign up for the lecture and at exactly the same time are able to balance their extra-curricular activities with proper time management.

6. 2. 4 Students

For the students, begin with using an academic calendar to keep track the times. Successful students are required to identify the obligations, carefully considering the importance, and making selections about how to utilize their time. The secret to making steady improvement on students' jobs, especially academic duties, is to split up each process into all the smaller component duties. Academic work entails many steps. Predicated on the findings, students only decided that they surface finish their assignment on time and in a position to balance the social activity and research. To be able to succeed, students have to create a realistic deadline for every step. Often overestimate the amount of work to perform. Take this trend into consideration by beginning the assignments early on. According to the result, the majority of the respondents sometime complete their plan on time. It means that most them do not deliver the results promptly, even though they can get a good result in the exam.

6. 2. 5 Lecturer

For lecturer, it would be a good ways for students to plan their time if lecturer fixes enough time of lecture hour to ensure that students can plan a list of things you can do per day. It is because some of the lecturer will change the program of lecture amount of time in frequently. Sometimes, students struggling to complete their job based on the list which may have been had written down. Recommendation for lecturer is that prepares an outline for each subject and strictly comes after it. Thus, students can plan their time by follow the format that made by lecturer. It's very useful and effective if the students can plan their time at the beginning of the semester and procrastination can be avoided.

6. 3 Suggestion for Future Research

Due to time and budget constraints, samples used in this analysis are limited and centered only on FPPSM students, it is strongly suggested that further studies can be carried out on all students of UTM from different faculty and they'll be selected randomly to see whether there are any similarities in the conclusions. Besides, the study that we were conducted is to investigate the potency of time management on the educational performance. This means that we only focused about how effective of your energy management affect his or her educational performance. For the further studies, it can be able to determine how enough time management affects on their lifestyle. Further analysis can investigate their time management from other aspects such as backdrop of students, personality or environment, to ascertain why students struggling to deal with their time properly.

Apart from that, future research might include an diagnosis of faculty perceptions of how they think students actually spend their time throughout a typical one fourth or semester. In addition, it could be interesting to compare such faculty perceptions against options of how students actually spend their time. One issue involved in this kind of study will be complementing faculty respondents with those of their students. This type of matching will require the participation of faculty such as personnel or lecturer as a respondent and disseminator of the way of measuring instrument with their students. Methodologically this will be inconvenient, but the findings will be a great.
