The Life OF YOUR Hero | Essay

The movie started out with his book where he exposed the truth. The Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo, both book of Rizal help as the best way to disclose the bad aspect of the federal government and the cathedral and make the Filipinos to realize the wrong doings of the Spaniards. The book presents the pitiful condition of the Filipinos and their grievances. Due to the novel, it presented hatred to the government and does indeed a revolution to get the flexibility from the scams administration of the Spain. The government accused Rizal that he led a rebellion against them. Even the old sibling of Rizal, Paciano was tortured to confess if Rizal was related to the said rebellion.

He was helped bring and imprisoned to Fort Santiago. There, he was compelled to confess if he has understanding of the rebellion. He reminisced days gone by, where his brother Paciano told the storyline about the execution of the 3 martyrs Daddy Gomburza and the times where his mother trained him to pray and advised the story of the moth, his college days in Binan, the imprisonement of his mother for poisoning his sister-in-law, his life in Ateneo and the time where he healed the cataract of his mom. Like all other accused, he could choose his legal professional to guard him and it was Luis Taviel de Andrade. That they had many interactions, first is about his novel. Regarding to Taviel, Rizal compassed the federal government, faith, and the brilliance of the Spain.

Second is about the things he would like to let the Spaniards know. And finally, about his trip to Spain, the reason why he travelled there and leave Leonor Rivera. He visited Madrid to study Medicine and discuss the severe doing of the Spaniards because it is allowed to do. They were also able o establish Kilusang Propaganda, an organization that wants expressing their selves to be able to possess equality among to Filipinos similar to the Spaniards. Throughout the La Solidaridad, a newspaper they were in a position to express their needs.

The Noli Me Tangare read by the Filipinos. His novel was uncovered by the Spaniards, they forbidden reading it and everything his books were burnt. He established the La Liga Filipina, a business of Filipinos that desires changes on the leadership of the Spaniards. When he came back to the Philippines, he was trapped and thrown to Dapitan where he fulfilled Josephine Bracken. The priest still needs Rizal to be killed. It reached to point where Governor Standard was evolved because he became close to Jose Rizal. That is certainly Governor General Blanco.

Taviel and Rizal also talked about El Filibusterismo. On June 26, 1896, the judgement day of Rizal. He was accused for leading a rebellion. And because of his writing which is the Noli Me personally Tangere and El Filibusterismo and other writings which attacks the Faith, the priest and the Spanish Administration. His punishment was Loss of life. Rizal writings trained how to lead the Philippines, the equality among the list of people and the freedom. For Rizal, it generally does not mean that he's reason for the Rebellion. Because of the judgement, his mothers and his siblings seen him. He gave his last wish and provided a lamp which includes his last poem- "Mi Ultimo Adios".

December 30, 1896, your day of its loss of life, while walking towards to Bagumbayan, he appreciated his life in Ateneo. Rizal's previous request is that he'll face the firing squad but his question was refused. Then he transformed his request which is so save his mind during execution. Before he was shot, he uttered his previous words which is "Consummatum est" which means "it is done".

After the execution, the participants of the katipunan struggled the Spaniards. The associates of the Katipunan prolonged the battle before Philippines gained its liberty from the Spain on June 12, 1898.

Before, all I understand about Jose Rizal was he's our national hero. I simply known his life, works and writing through catalogs. But with movie, I simply learned more things about him. There comes a period in our category where one of your teachers asked us why Jose Rizal is our Country wide Hero rather than Bonifacio, Aguinaldo and other Philippine heroes. And through this movie my question have been answered. He was really indeed a Great man for he had not been only a writer, but he is also a anthropologist, botanist, businessman, dramatist, economist, educator, essayist, farmer, folklorist, geographer, grammarian, historian, linguist, musician, novelist, painter, doctor, poet, philosopher, sculptor, sportsman, sociologist, surveyor, traveler and a sociologist. He was gifted with intellectual characteristics. He was really indeed a great man.

My favorite part of the movie is the night before his execution where he hallucinates, seeing his alter ego-protagonist Simoun of his novel El Filibusterismo luring him to change the climax of the story. I don't know if this really occurred to Rizal or perhaps put by the Director of the movie. This part amazes me because through the creativity he was able to speak to his persona. Simoun did not flourish in the book he had written, and that is clearly a great thing because Rizal gives the people the energy to get rid of the novel just how they need.

The behaving of the main characters are excellent. They are extremely convincing especially for Cesar Montano who really justified his role Jose Rizal, the Country wide Hero of the Phillipines.

Jose Rizal made me have confidence in the word that "Pen is mightier than the sword", that words are the still the most powerful weapon against the enemies, that you can still earn a fight through words. We cannot figure out how to love our country by not knowing important people and happenings in our country. For me, I appreciate this movie since it really beneficial to depict the life span of our nationwide hero, it is simpler to understand. Because many people are lazy to learn books about the life span of Jose Rizal, this movie is a superb solution. This movie doesn't only contain the life of Rizal, it also includes his book Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo. Even though the movie is quite perplexing because of the blending Rizal's Life and his novel, it is still great.

One person is not enough to earn a struggle for liberty, but one individual is enough to lead the struggle, fought for it, and earn it. Jose Rizal was great leader for he nurtured the mind of the people to fight for their own freedom. Without doubt, he's our National Hero for he sacrifice his own life rather than having the guarantee that his sacrifices will be worth it. Because of his love for his country and countrymen, we are the experiencing the freedom.
