As for my recommendations, I would recommend that the procedure of recruiting is so important and also to avoid almost any danger that lays on the business, it should investigate on every new worker before recruiting and understanding well all the data about her or him. In such case, it has good and faithful employees. There are several lab tests should be adopted and through the selection process, the company should bring psychologists to make it in finding the right in morals, as well as the person who has self confident.
