The "Great American Dream" is something that many people are familiar with, but it has no clear classification. Everyone has their particular definition of a dream. Throughout literature, the "Great American Dream" is described as many various things. The reality of computer is that the "Great American Dream" should be a person's ability to adhere to his/her dreams, no matter what they consist of. While controversial, that only seems fair to leave everyone include a shot in whatever it really is they want to perform. In The Wonderful Gatsby, dreams play a large role inside the plot.
