Candi hasn't been involved with any companies before or evaluated officially by any services before, when asked how she'd feel about being formally assessed she said she'd feel frightened and incredibly nervous of the procedure and despite having her mother present she'd be frightened to state the wrong part of circumstance of herself or parents into trouble.

This section can difficult for the young person if under 16 and a parent or carer exists, before the assessment is completed, there are no details of the present family situation whether problems are apparent or not, Candi lives as part of a one parent family with her more radiant sister who's 11 years of age and times can difficult with looking after her while her mother works, however some small children come from broken homes with various amount of difficulties or moving into children's home, or with friends which only can build as the young person's anxiety.

The assessment process used when undertaking can be very intimidating and very personal, however family or carer support is essential throughout as personal and private information is obtain, plus information of any company engagement, doctors, health guests, connexions and any educational provision and so-forth can to hard to ascertain during the diagnosis with the young person. Well-being scale of the child/person by the assessor and the well-being size 0-10 given by the mother or father/carer is also used too which can seen as a redundant tool as a number of different factors can effect the range however an over-all indicator by the mother or father/carer on their thoughts and opinions of the young person's well-being nonetheless it can never provide a true representation (revise)

Conclusions, solutions and actions is the stand or an opportunity to indentify key areas for change with recommended actions by the whom and estimated time of action that ought to have those involved working towards same agenda and encourage young families to what is going on as easier improvement is usually to be made. Specific goals are to be made either short or permanent but nonetheless be specific in the review time.
