It is very hard for just about any business to endure in the competitive environment with no properly trained and very skilled (both personal and professional) individuals. So Tesco management is also dedicated to skills improvement of their employees but they understand that there are some weaken areas which is often addressed and really should yield better results for both the employees and Tesco.

This process of MRRP is approximately the execution planning and evaluation. The focus of the task is to provide an implementation plan with different milestones and ensure that all the stakeholders worried about the job are properly participating in the activities and everything the resources are properly used. And by the end describe the importance of monitoring and evaluation during the task implementation and how will you plan those activities for your proposed project.

Implementation Plan

The proposed task is about the employee's personal and professional skills development through training and development activities. In modern management unlike the old age range the people are considered as a secured asset to the organisation. Same is the truth with Tesco, as they are leading the UK super market and also have their operations in 12 different countries with more than 360, 000 employees worldwide. To achieve their organisational goals and goals Tesco believe in the skills development of their employees and they're investing a huge amount on that. 7, 000 of Tesco employees are working on the development program, and design special program to help the employees in company to get the knowledge and tools and updated skills to get their careers well done, so I will suggest the management of Tesco to focus on the following points for the implementation of the proposed project.

Improve the training standard of the employees primary training when they are employed to work for Tesco

Create awareness on the list of Tesco employees for the improvement of these personal skills

Make the skills development activities attractive for his or her employees that they may get involved effectively and proficiently in those activities.

As Tesco is trading a huge amount in training and development activities, so they need to have a system of evaluation that how much they may be making an investment how much they are successful in getting the results of that.

The management should help the employees in understanding the poor areas, and the skill they are lacking in, and organize particular activities (formal and informal) to help those individuals.

Tesco is the first choice in UK ultra markets and indeed they are using much more technology to sustain their position in market, I will recommend them to truly have a research team who continually concentrate on how to enhance the standard of technology they are using in their company daily activities, and provide training to their employees how to work with the latest solutions available within their business premises.

Milestones

Following would be the milestone in order to judge the progress into the fulfillment of the aims of the proposed job.

Have complete requirements for the training and development activities and areas which need to be given proper thought by the finish of 3rd week.

All the resources should be properly allocated prior to the end of 4th week.

Training time must start at the start of the 5th week and really should maintain such a means that having no contradiction with the daily habit obligations of the employees who'll be individuals in the training program.
