  • They should provide extra space for auto parking.
  • They should learn lessons from the past.
  • Rewarding system should be increased.
  • They also needs to consider the claims of employees and stakeholders and must make an effort to fix them.
  • Open suggestion assembly or type of suggestion box should be there and after regular time frame they should go through all the ideas and accept those who are useful.
