Inside our group we realisedthat in the first activity coincidently only United kingdom students spoke and offered their views even though our group experienced people from china, thailand etc. There was a difference that was halting me from posting my views even though i put the ideas that were relevant. Mixing up up well and opening up was an issue because i was not sure about how exactly i'd be accepted. It has been quite a large issue with me. I am good in a single to one meet or a small group of people chatting. But once the day progressed, there was a level of comfort achieved within the group. My opinions by most of individuals said that once i used to be available to everyone and not just kept quiet, the difference was bridged. I was confidently portraying my view tips and gained popularity. This was an extremely big learning for me personally as i usually got from such situations. I should try to be more extrovert in organizations and portray self-confidence.

As I am a global student, as i came here to review, I found many things strange. I got myself enrolled in a course. I used to go there, but I could not make any good friend till long. I used to be calm, when i was scared of not being accepted by other folks. But I had formed knowledge and great ideas in my own minds and experienced wished to discuss them with others. But I got facing a problem of communication, there was a gap.

But after that, I made a decision to solve the condition and show my ideas. I came up to know that the is because of ethnic change and ethnical intelligence. Then I done it, as I had confident to do so, to get myself accepted over there. I realised that I would need to be productive and accept others, as then other would allow me. I used social cleverness toolkit over here to analyse the problem and solve it.

I used the Cultural Cleverness Task, which is developed as an evaluation tool to help individuals assess their degree of cultural intelligence. I got the duty to be always a leader for a few days. Authority is not a fairly easy activity and I noticed it more difficult as I was not from that place. I got a little group of men and women to lead as their head. But I was not able to take care of them. Many problems arose in between the group and me. I was not able to understand all people, as all from different backgrounds. These were not encouraged towards their work. It was very difficult situation for me to take care of.

Then I decided to solve all the problems between me and the group. I came across that I was not so encouraged that I possibly could motivate them. I found that there is communication difference and a great many other problems. Then I came to learn about emotional intellect. I went to this tool to resolve this problem in my leadership and group users.
