Religion and Racism

Racism is prejudice against people of one more race or perhaps ethnic group.

Prejudice means pre-judging: making up your mind about somebody or

a thing when you have certainly not considered the information or the facts.

Racism has existed for a while, one of the first occasions

that it occurred on a major scale was when the Jews moved to Egypt

but were put into captivity because the Egyptians thought of them as

poor because their particular skin colour and religious beliefs.

Individuals are, or can be racist due to three main points, the first is

that they were lifted by father and mother who were hurtful, and they

immediately adopted the views of them because that was almost all they understood

as proper. Secondly, if a person arrived to your terrain and you got

never viewed anyone like them ahead of, people could be scared, mainly because

people dread what they do not really understand.

Finally, people who reside in an area of poverty often need anyone to

blame, a famous circumstance of this is at Germany, in which food and money

disadvantages were blamed on the Jews and this can be one the reasons why they

had been targeted and killed.

One type of racism is usually colour misjudgment, this is when an individual has a

problem or will not like a person, for the sole reason they may have

a different shade skin to that particular of themselves. There are many issues

that a person might do to show that they do not desire this particular

person or group of people here. They may incite ethnicity hatred, this kind of

is if a person makes racist responses, which might inspire other

individuals to discriminate against others due to there color or

ethnic background. One other is to use physical violence to get your level

... solve whatever, and even though racism is wrong, violence is equally as wrong. Gandhi and Martin Luther Ruler are people in the past who may have achieved a great deal to cancel out racism without turning to violence. Although it took these people longer to obtain it, in the long run less individuals were hurt thus violence does not pay off.
