Communication happens on a regular basis at work, having effective communication skills can make us have a good romance with fellow workers and superiors, thus can create a good working environment and help us complete the work more efficiently. What's more, have good communication skills not only can make the existing customers become more satisfy with the merchandise and services provided by our company but also can get more clients cooperate with us.

Teamwork skills

In Today's contemporary society, only have the average person working capability is insufficient, more and more works desire a group of people to complete collectively. Work in communities can speed up the improvement of work and also through brainstorming to build a better notion of the company

Problem dealing with skills

In this competitive world, companies will faced various problems anytime, solving the situation successfully enable the company ride out the surprise or it'll fail.

Self-management skills

(S)trengths

I have good team work and managing skills. According to the results of my self applied assessment test, I've a great symbol in humanistic-encouraging and affiliative. (See Appendix 1) In the group work I could build on ideas with other users so when team leader I will make strategies to allocate jobs to the group users to be sure everyone relishes the tasks they are simply assigned to.

I am good at Self management. I could management my time well and get thing done without being pushed. Usually I'll write down the items what I have to do and sort out them out in line with the importance and the time sequence. After that I'll write these to the calendar so that I could know evidently what so when must i do next

I do well in learning. I willing to put in commitment to learn new skills. As students, next to the major I also sign up for the free British class and the Evaluation Centres mini component to boost myself.

I have technology skills. I am not only having the basic computer skills but also can use specialised software programs. Since I've learned the business enterprise decision modelling in my first year and today I also learning the applied management and decision modelling, most of them need to make use of the specialised software packages so I learned how to utilize them in the course.

(W)eaknesses

I have no work experience, even the part-time job experience.

I am weak in problem solving; while i face problems usually I can't see all sides of them and cannot provide good solution of these.

My Communication skills are vulnerable. I am an introvert (result in appendix 1) and I am not good at communicate with others. I feel shy as i speaking with strangers.

(O)pportunities

I can find a part-time job through the "future" of your school to learn new skills to enhance my CV.

There is without doubt that employees who developing a good degree will gain an outstanding starting place, since a good degree helps employees open up the door of finding a job, however, a diploma alone is not enough, employers want much more using their company graduate employees, they want employees may bring benefits to the business and let the company in an invincible position through the fierce competition. Through comprehensive research I summed up eight types of employability skills that most needed by companies. And I made a personal SWOT analysis predicated on employability skills and self diagnosis test through the internet and actual experience which made me are more aware of myself. From then on I made an action plan for myself. I'll stick to the plan and I am hoping that it would help me improve my employability skills after I finish it. And get a good job in the competitive job market when i graduate.
